I believe that the William temple you have listed is the brother of Jacob and Jones Temple all from Marion County, Ms. They are the sons of Jacob and Mamisey Temple of Marion county. I actually went to Okolona to find Williams grave and it was there. The Mississippi Gov. of archives sign states that "In 1862 fallowing the battle of Shiloh 100's of wounded were brought here by train. Those who died were buried in this graveyard adjoining the city cemetery. Other soldiers, either victims of disease or casualties of battle are also buried here" In all about 800 soldiers several hundred still unknown. I am a descendant of Jacobs and proudly carry the Temple name 8)
