The SCV application wasn't helpful. With only a Confederate ancestors grave marker with "Stubbs Bn, Wood's Brigade, CSA" [Stubb's Cavalry Battalion, Mississippi State Reserves] on tombstone, and records that show he was not one of only twenty known members of Stubbs Btln., can an individual qualify to join SCV?
