Please add the following they are my great Grandfathers and three of my Great Great Grandfathers who were Drafted. ON August 1861 My following relatives joined the CSA at Dry Run Post Office (Just north of Jumpertown), they traveled to Ikua and became part of the MS. Inf. Company E known as the "Thompson's Terrible s". First my GG Grandfather Bassell Adair died of the measles in a Kentucky Union Prison. He is listed. The following are not listed on your web page. My Great Grandfather, H.M. Kerkendall (Kuykendall), his older brother, A.J. Kerkendall, their Brother-In-Law, Francis Marion Eubanks. Eubanks died at Camp Douglas after the surrender to Grant at Ft. Donaldson. My great Grandfather was wounded for the 2nd time at FT. Recsa during an attempt to stop Sherman. This time after a long stay in an Atlanta Hospital he was furloughed to the end of the war. His Brother was never located after the Battle of Jackson, MS.

MyGG Grandfather, James M. Long was drafted and became a part of the Tippah County Farmers. MS. 34th. Inf. He never was heard from after the battle at Lookout Mountain. My GG grandfather, Thomas H. Owen was part of the 7th Calvary and is now buried at Pleasant Ridge in Union County. Please add these 5 Confederate soldiers to your list from Tippah Co.
