Re: Jackson's Brigade at Mufreesboro

Brian,

I hope the following helps:

Official Records Vol 20 Part I, 841
Maj. Jesse J. Cox, commanding 2nd George Battalion,Sharpshooters

On Friday, January 2, on the extreme left (Which would have placed them to the left of Cleburne's division) while skirmishing with the enemy in front.......

Lieut. Harvey Cribbs, commanding Lumsden's Alabama Battery
Official Records Vol 20 Part I, 842, 842

On Friday, I joined the brigade on the extreme left near the Wilsonville (Wilkinson) pike, where the men remained until daylight (3 January)exposed to a drtenching rain, after which we moved to the extreme right again, and at midnight Saturady we moved through Murfreesboro ..........

Please keep me in mind should you come across any material related to Jackson's brigade at Murfreesboro.

Best Regards & GOD's Blessings
Lanny
