12th MO Calvary help

I recently purchased a CMSR for Benjamin Franklin Jones of the 12th Mo. Calvary. I beleive this is my GGG Grandfather from Arkansas. I have some questions that maybe someone can help me with.
I received a photo copy of a record.
It says "Jones, B. F."

"Pvt. Co. K "
In the subject field it says "In arrest" - what does this mean? That he was a prisoner?
and in the "Title of Record" it says "L. & Dis. R." - can someone expalain to me what that means also. It was dated April 17, 1864.

My Benjamin Franklin Jones was said to have died Nov. 1 1865.
The only widows pension for Nancy Elizabeth Jones found was that of Benjamin Franklin Jones of the 12 MO calvary. (I still haven't ordered this yet, as I'm not sure where to begin.)
Thanks to all, for all your help!
Anthony
