John: There is a book at the Cape library that lists company names for Confederate units. However, there are very listings for Missouri units. Outside of the 1st Missouri Infantry, and a few batteries and cavalry companies, I have found few such names in my researach on Missouri units. I have a short list for Missouri State Guard units that I will be happy to share with you if you are interested.
