Quantrill's men at Mockbee fight?

I am trying to find some connection to the Mockbee Farm fight in October 1864 just before the battle of Westport, Mo. and Quantrill's guerrillas. I know the guerrillas wasn't there as a whole, but I thought there was a good bunch of them with Price during that time. Plus I thought Jackman led that fight from the Confederate side and I didnt think there would be many of the guerrillas with Jackman at that time.

Can I get some insight or clarification, please? Thanks!
