There is one card in M347: Unfiled Papers and Slips Belonging in Confederate Compiled Service Records under the name of Clark Sturgess [sic], it is a printed folded document entitled Oath of Allegiance for Clark Sturgess, dated June 23, 1865.

It appears to be the folded, titled side of a document, for filing purposes, on the opposite side which would have been the actual certificate, which was not included in the file.
