I recan you have heard of Ben Talbott escape from Potosi he left their the 5 inst at 8 oclock at night he was 40 miles next morning from their making tracks for a furand land I saw a friend today that gave me the particulars that lives in the place the door was unlocked by Some unknown hand their was no one made any search for him he had lots of friends there I hope this will be a caushion to Ben & especially to his Boys I think this ought to keep them out of Bad company they are all well.
