According to a register (containing regiment, company officers and enlisted, what battles they were at, etc. etc.) found at Tulane University and created after the war and written by 8th Louisiana Regiment Sgt. Major (Mayo) this name appears. However, I could not find this name in Booth's Records. I know Booth's is not 100% spot on. Was this person in the 8th Louisiana?. The register shows him as in Co F.

Was he actually in that Company? Or did I mis-read the name somehow (which is likely).

Basically a side note on this soldier noted: Destitute of Personal Pride.
