Re: 58th Illinois casualty at Yellow Bayou

An excellent example of why it's always good to have multiple sources of information. While the 58th Illinois was busily engaged at Yellow Bayou, and lost several men there in May of 1864, including Pvt. Schiffman, they were nowhere near Yellow Tavern, Virginia at the time of that battle (just a week earlier than Yellow Bayou). Historical Data Systems seems to have a transcription error. I empathize with them, it happens.
