That is not him though, William F. Grubbs was born in Miss (Simpson Co.) to Francis M. Grubbs and Susannah Richardson. But I cannot find him anywhere. The B. H. of the 39th Miss INf is his cousin Benj. H. No other Wm that matches that I can find.
