I have researched this battle for years.I have nothing on this man but I will dig into Nelsons staff for you and see what I can find.It is highly possible that he was there.I also have been compiling a killed and wounded list for this battle for years and have looked at hundreds of sources with no mention of him.However Nelson,Manson and Cruft all had many civilians and soldiers who were not supposed to be there,on thier staffs as aides etc.
