If we have ONLY the limited records listed in the CIVIL WAR SAILORS & SOLDIERS, National Park Service database, the only other resource are family records. ..Yes, a daunting task, but we should put on a full-court press to collect data about these Caddo soldiers, never mind the Comanches, etc. .. Where were/are our universities?
