Would anyone know of Camp Rand, Ga.? One of my g-g-grandfathers enlisted there June28,1862, by Major Dunwoody. He was in Co.K,10th Ga. Infantry Reg.,ANV. I talked with a historian with N.P.Service but he had not heard of it. He suggested it may have been an abbreviation for Camp Randall, but the muster rolls that I have all say Camp Rand,Ga. as his place of enlistment. He lived in Walker Co. Ga. at the time of his enlistment.
