You are aware that the "Georgia Brigade" aka Lawton-Gordon-Evens Brigade, served in the Second Corps under LG Stonewall Jackson, LG Richard Ewell, LG Jubal Early, and MG John Gordon. I hope you don't leave them out from 1862-1864 when they were detached as "The Army of the Valley" I am by no means an expert; however, I have done a great deal of research on three CSA doctors assigned to the Georgia Brigade they served in the 31 GA infantry, 60th GA Infantry, and 38th GA Infantry. Two of the doctors are brothers and the third was the brothers' cousin. If you would like, when you get to the Georgia Brigade, I can give you some incite to the Medical side of Infantry regiments. I also have over 50 letters written by the doctors.
