Hi. Alan, I really do thank you for the research. You must be a detective by trade if not you would make a fine one.

I was in Laurel Grove about 7 months ago and looked at all of the Confederate markers that were in one section of the cemetery.

At the time it looked as if they were recently cleaned. There was supposed to be a G. Walker in another site some distance from the Confederate site , but I

was unable to find it due to darkness and time constraint.

This information gives me reason to revisit the cemetery.

I am somewhat familiar with the area and Thunderbolt as I worked in Savannah until last May.

I would have never found the info that you have found , and once again many Thanks.
