I am trying to learn more about william milton patton. he served with the 8th. ky. inf mounted. he served with morgan and was captured on one of morgans raids.
he did receive a pension from the state of tenn. and a pow medal. pension was $11.00 per month. born 1828 in wilkes county n.c. died 1911 in nashville tenn.
