I'am seeking the name of the Hospital that is listed on the Certificate of Disabilty for my ancestor. It's dated Sept.23 1863 and my G-Grandfather wrote his resignation from Atlanta on Sept. 24th . So, i'am assuming the hospital was located in Atlanta? I'am not sure but the surgeons name maybe "W.F. Westmoreland" Any help with the location would be greatly apprciated.
