Is there a document that states the 19th Ala. lost a flag
or not!!!???
Yeah, I "guess" those troop position maps are ALWAYS
dead on accurate. I "guess" that we can ASSUME that
the Confederates stayed in their "designated" areas also.
Its easy!! the chess pieces can only move so far. I know
the retreating Confederates followed those same maps!!
Standard army-issue; weren't they?
I'm interested in any DOCUMENT, STATEMENT, MEMOIR,
DIARY ACCOUNT, NEWSPAPER ACCOUNT that states the
capture or lost of the flag of the 19th Alabama.
