I see there is some info out there, and some conflicts in what is written about it (I love that the "official" site for the flag contradicts itself...at one point saying it was a non-military flag, and then quoting a veteran's account where he says it was a company flag that for lack of a better term was drafted into being the regimental colors). In any case, I just wanted to share what I believe was a previously unknown source that mentions the flag (though it just gives a basic description). I figured someone might want it for their files.
