You might want to check on artillery registration. I'm not sure if it's still open. Frederick is correct in that all Confederate guns positions are full and have been since November. There were still some open spots on the Federal side as late as a few months ago. They reopened registration for artillery personel (not guns) but I'm not sure that it is still open. This tells me that guns were registered with insufficient crews. That's not fair to good units that have experienced full crews. That event is going to be major chaos. Good luck with the traffic and general public. My unit didn't get in because of poor comunication in our command staff. Something I'm not real happy about. Better get there early and plan on staying late. It's a relatively small tract of land for such a large event with limited access and egress. And there are various major history related events going on in the area that weekend. Have fun and good luck.
