My re-enacting unit (Cleburn's Division) is going to 1st Manassas in July (along with 14 or 15,000 other re-enactors ;-) ). Our commander, Joe Way, has posted on the Cleburne's website that we are to be portraying Bartow's Brigade. Bartow's Brigade at Manassas consisted of the 7th & 8th Georgia Infantry and Wise's Va. Battery. I've found a little bit of information on the 7th & 8th Ga. flags (both units carried 1st Nationals) but haven't located anything regarding a flag carried by Wise's Battery. I am wanting to recreate the flags carried by Bartow's Brigade so we can present as accurate a portrayal as possible. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
