I have the image from Western Kentucky U., will contact the Confederate Memorial Hall in New Orleans. Do you have an image or details on the missing flag that you could share?

I came across the following while searching the web:-

"William married (1) Vanda S COLLINS 1, 2 about 1863. Vanda was born 3 on 10 Sep 1844 in Claiborne Co, MS. She died on 5 Mar 1876 in Franklinton, Washington Parish, LA. She was buried in John Magee Cemetery, Washington Parish, LA.

She helped to sew the "Edwards Guards" flag and this was presented to the Guard in September of 1861. A piece of that flag was found in the Old Rick's Hotel recently in Amite, Louisiana and has been framed."

Do you have any idea where this fragment is located, I cannot find any reference to "Old Rick's Hotel" on the web?
