I was just about to post some Tennessee flags for Greg Biggs that I came across.

If that does not work, "Confederate Veteran, Vol 24, page 285. Seems that G.A.R officials were trying to get Union Tennessee flags captured during the war, to be turned in. This is what they have.
1) 2nd Tenn Inf---Rogersville---4th KY Cav.
2) 4th Tenn Inf---McMinnville---Wheeler's Cav.
3) 3rd Tenn Cav---Sulpher Trestle by LT. General Forrest's command.
4) 8th Tenn Inf----Utoy Creek, MG. Bates' Division
5) 11th Tenn Cav---Captured, but unknown where and any other details.
6) 14th Tenn Cav---Fort Pillow, April 1864, General Forrest's command.
I do see in the book "That Devil Forrest" By John Allan Wyeth, on page 434.
Third Tennessee Cavalry (East) Companies: B, E, F, H, I and K (Captured) Total 150 Captured on September 24th, 1864. The next day, September 25th, 1864, Forrest moved his command upon the heavy stockade at Sulphur Springs trestle, there were two blockhouses (7 and 8). Forrest then captured, 400 more men of the Third Tennessee Cavalry (East) (Colonel J.B. Minnis).
Also the 9th and 10th Indiana Cavalry (Dismounted) were captured (800 strong).
