I’ve changed my mind on the Vermont seal on the e-bay flag. It is similar but not CW period, if you are comparing it to known Vermont CW flags. The tree on the e-bay should be a pine tree, it looks like an oak. The seals on the Vermont National Regimental Colors, in their collection, the tree’s are all pine tree’s.
