You do indeed want this flag professionally and with archival framing with UV glass on top. It is best to have the flag conserved by a professional before you have it framed (and they can do that for you). You also only want the flag on display for a few months at a time and then store it in complete darkness for some months, preferably lying flat.

What you do not want is the silk flag sagging in the frame so the conservation and archival framing is a must for the flag's long term health. I suggest Textile Preservation Associates of West Virginia. They do most state museums and many private collectors as well.
