Flag reportedly captured at Hammond, LA

The Civil War museum in Doylestown, Pennsylvania (Bucks County) has on display a reported Third National captured at Hammond, Louisiana in March 1865. The flag measures roughly 3.5 tall by 5 feet wide. It has stars and bars in the upper left; the right third is red, and the remainder of the flag (center third and lower left) is white, lightly stained. The flag appears to be in good shape - no rips or tears. The resident guide said it may have been taken from a building. No further details available, but perhaps it was brought back by a Bucks County veteran.
