There apears to be very little data on this S.C. firm which made swords and bowie knives used by the Confederacy. Did K.G & K have any contracts with the State of South Carolina or the Confederate Government ?. Are they mentioned in any news papers of the day? How can I access the CW records of South Carolina or Columbia? Are there any articles or publications on the firm and their weapons? Any help or leads will be greatly appreciated.
