Looks like a standard confederate frock coat, all of these were tailor made and had there own distinct style even within regulations, all have 14 button fronts almost all of the time. Regional styles of button placement would be the choice of the tailor and ive seen that pot belly button placement before but its not as common as straight buttons, All the frocks that ive seen are usually beautifully tailored and very distinct differences(facings, sleeve gallons, collar heights etc.
