Thanks Damon, Sounds like some wires got crossed here. I wonder if it could have been a Union company of black troops raised in Conway County, maybe at Lewisburg, Springfield, or Plumerville. Totally throwing out the 22nd Arkansas and the confederate thing. Makes one wonder where the paper came by such an odd notation.
