I am processing the request for a military marker for Robert David Capshaw.
I am unable to continue at this time. I am in need of military documents for
Mr. Capshaw as Pension records are not accepted as primary sources of documents.
also the documents for the cemetery are not acceptable as primary sources of
documentation as they are from the internet. Are you able to get a copy of a death
certificate or a copy of an obituary from the time period with the name of the cemetery ?
