I have a volunteer company by the name of "Home Defenders", Commanded by CPT Logan Fitzbough, organized in the 1st Militia Regiment, Arkansas County, on 15 February 1861. This seems to be too early for a Home Guard unit, but I can't find them on the other lists. Any Idea's what became of them. Any Idea's
