Brother of Abe Bresler was in Detroit in 1861. 26 Aug 1864 enlisted in the 1st Arkansas Cav US L Company. Discharged 6 Feb 1865. Applied for Pension 23 Feb 1899. I requested a military record from National Archives and they replied that their was not one. Not listed on any roster.

I imagine he enlisted in Fayetteville, AR because that is where the unit was abt 26 Aug 1864.
