My Great-Great Grandfather migrated Drew County, Arkansas, to Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, in 1870. All of those Meeks markers you saw were descended from his brother, who migrated to Webster, Union and Claiborne Parishes in the 1850's. They all served from Louisiana.
