That flag is not at Jacksonville but at the Arkansas National Guard Museum and a 2nd National, where I am assigned as STate Command Historian. I was able to obtain it from Wisconsin. I can tell that there were 3 flags taken up at Jenkins Ferry, 2 by the 50th Ind and 1 by the 9th Wisc (in our museum). The one Ken provided was one of those picked up by the 50th. In a period newspaper it is stated that the 50th picked up two with one belonging to Grinstead's 33rd Ark Inf. Not sure how they would know unless it had regimental markings on it. So this may be that 3rd flag. I have not got a copy of the photo but will try and compare its measurments to the one we have and see how close it comes to our 2nd National in size and manufacture. Perhaps they are made by same producer etc.
