Thanks for the effort involved in finding Lieut.Col. Edgar's report. There are three men by this name in Co. "B" of this battalion -- David, G. F. and J. W. Loudermilk. "William" as mentioned in the report is probably J. W. Loudermilk, who was paroled at Clarksburg WV on April 25, 1865, age 22. He's too old to have been a waterboy.
