I have been working on locating flags from Ark units for some years now. I successfully found and managed to obtain the return of a flag taken at Jenkins Ferry Ark from Wisc to the Ark Natl Guard Museum. I have not ran across anything on 5th and 13th location anywhere but will see if I can hear of anything. If the flag is in private hands it is almost impossible to get it back. If the state govt has it that can be quite a task as well (return of Jefferson Guards Flag). Drop me an email anytime.
