Civil War: Official Records of the Union and Confederate Navies

George you're probably familiar with the Official Records of the War of the Rebellion that the United States published in many volumes after the war.

They also put out some volumes of the Union and Confederate Navies.

I don't think they are going to list Confederate Marines or Navy personal per say.

Toward the end of the war I've saw many Confederate Navy sailors treated as pirates and not as prisoners of war.

I want to say that Hugh Simmons who has worked on Fort Delaware for many years may have some information about some Confederate sailors and or Marines at Fort Delaware?

As far as I know there were none at Camp Chase.
