How to order CSA service records & claims

How can I order copies of the original CSA service records for my great great uncle David Herring, 33rd AL regiment Co B Infantry, Clayton Co, AL, muster in roll dated Greenville, AL 11 Mar 1862?

He died 10 or 24 March 1863 and is buried in Confederate section of West Hill Cemetery, Dalton, GA. I also need a copy of the original claim filed by his mother, my great great grandmother [Nancy] Ann Herring. It was filed 15 Oct 1863 & verified 6 Aug 1864.

I thought I had copies of the forms to order CSA records. But we have had to move several times in the last 4 years & I have not been able to find them.

Thank you.
