Vicksburg city website, for Cedar Hill Cemetery, lists tombstone of : Walthall, William Thomas, as in Lot 11 in Squre 50 in Div. D. It appears to be a Walthall family burial plot, also containing the grave of his 2nd wife Anna Worcester Dorr Walthall (d. 1925). NOT in Confederate soldier section.
