I haven't worked on Terrance Kelly in circa 20 years, so I really can't remember if he was from Ireland or not. I suspect he might have been. If so, it's possible that he and the good Father were friends in the old country, thus explaining their visits. I had this particular item on my old website from 2000 to 2009, and just thought it an interesting Lawrence County tidbit.
I really appreciate your looking into Father Herman as I have long wondered about him. The Sadliers series of directories are interesting and may come in handy in the future, so you are twice appreciated.
