Understand that conditions in Alabama and other states were quite unsettled. On occasion during the last year or two of the war Confederate soldiers were killed by "bushwhackers". Captain Addison Harvey was shot and killed by civilians in Columbus GA after Wilson's cavalry left the city.

Checking each of these names against end of war paroles, none appear. At least that means they were not with Harvey's Scouts when the war ended. Beyond that, I don't know how anyone would determine what happened to them during the war.
