I am coming to Mobile in mid-May to read a diary from the 3rd Alabama (of which the Mobile Rifles - Co "K" - was a part). I have extensive information/letters relating to that regiment (my ggrandfather was in Co C) which might help to clarify references within the Savior Thompson letters.
