does anyone have any information on Camp Chase (ie conditions, prisoners, etc). My ancestor was interred there after being captured at the Battle of Nashville while serving in the 57th Ala inf.

Also any information concerning that unit or it's history would be appreciated. It is too bad that the contribution of so many brave men is being lost.
