Looking for any information on this regiment, 18th REgt. Alabama Infantry Co. I under Brewster. My 2nd gr-grandfather General Andrew Jackson Alverson and his father, Archibald Alverson, as well as his brother, George Alverson enlisted in this regiment on Dec 12 1861 in Ashville, AL. I am trying to join the DAC and need to document this as much as possible. Thank You, Ann
