Robert,

Checked the Ala burials at Hollywood and did
not find Lt Manyard or any any variation;
since the Confederate dead and wounded at
Gaines Mill approached 9,000, would tend
to agree with Jim on the mass burial theory.

Just as an outside chance, checked the lists
at Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania, Mannassas,
U of Va, Mt. Jackson and Lynchburg without
luck.
