Homer, good detective work, and may be the same M.P. Parsons. However, I think that if it was, this was his reenlistment after the 2nd Ala. The 21st wasn't under Col. (later Gen.) Holtzclaw.

Brenda, it appears that all (or at least most) of the 21st was from Mobile Co. From which county was M.B. Parsons?
