While visiting the old Liberty Church Cemetery in North Tuscaloosa County we found an old tombstone memorial for
Captain Silas Hosmer, born Nov. 1, 1822, died in Confederate States Service December 29, 1861.
Does anyone have any information about this CSA soldier.
