Does anyone have or know where to obtain a list of the soldiers that were Prisoners Of War at Camp Randall, Wisconsin? In the OR Series 2, Volume 3, the Union Commissary General Of Prisoners, Lt. Colonel Hoffman requests the list several times from the Camp Randall Commanding Officer. When finally it is submitted, and appears to be so tantalizingly close to the researcher, the OR have a notation of "Omitted" perhaps as not important. The roster should exist someplace.
